Conference on Mars, by the scientist Joan Anton Català at the Night of the Museums 2022
As part of the Night of the Museums, on May 14 at the Water Museum of Lleida, the conference “Mart, a bet of everything on red” was held by the astrophysicist and science communicator Joan Anton Català. The conference made a very didactic tour of the different missions to Mars.
TV3 visited us at the new headquarters of the Joan Oró Foundation
On May 17, the Joan Oró Foundation received a visit from TV3, to publicize the new headquarters of the Joan Oró Foundation in Lleida, which tells a large part of the legacy of the scientist from Lleida. This legacy contains all the documentation that Joan Oró took in 1999 from Hosuton (United States) to Lleida and you can find more than 3,000 scientific books, documents, diaries, letters, meteorites.
